About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic AVP Sales & Marketing to lead our real estate sales initiatives, brand positioning, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large real estate projects, developing sales strategy, digital and offline marketing, team leadership, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Lead, plan, and drive sales strategy for high-rise residential projects in East Bangalore.
Achieve booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
Manage and lead project-wise sales teams, motivate and monitor performance.
Develop and maintain strong broker/channel partner networks.
Drive corporate tie-ups, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee customer relationship management and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Marketing & Branding
Create and implement marketing strategies for branding and project positioning.
Lead digital marketing initiatives and high-quality lead generation campaigns.
Strategize project launches, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Manage ATL/BTL activities and coordination with marketing agencies.
Business & Market Insights
Work with management on pricing strategy, inventory management, and forecasting.
Track market trends, customer behavior, and competition in East Bangalore micro-markets.
Prepare and present MIS reports, sales analytics, and ROI performance.

Qualification & Experience
Any Degree or MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
1518+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Mandatory: Experience in High-Rise Residential Sales.
Preferred: Strong experience in East Bangalore real estate market and premium/luxury residential segment.
Experience handling large teams and multi-project portfolios.
