Job Description
Designation: Talent & HR Analytics Manager (AVP equivalent)
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Talent & HR analytics practice in Accenture BPO provides analytical services to large number of Accenture clients across industries. Its analytical solution portfolio covers entire span of employee life cycle through offerings defined as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services.
The team in Talent & HR analytics provides analytical solutions like
- Employer value proposition,
- Talent demand forecast and workforce planning,
- High performer profiling,
- New hire prediction,
- Talent development needs segmentation,
- Employee engagement,
- Attrition analytics, etc.
Proficient in various statistical and machine learning techniques like forecasting, segmentation using different types of data, prediction modeling, structural equation modelling, random forest, SVM using Python, SAS, R, LISREL etc.
The team is a blend of domain experts, statisticians and programmers who are engaged with clients to solve HR business problems and also develop assets through innovation.
Core Competencies:
- Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data
- Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models
- HR Analytics experience (Good-to-have but Not Mandatory)
- Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced machine learning, forecasting) 10+ years
- Proficient in Python
- 6-8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement
- Project management experience
- Good client communications (verbal and written)
- Experience of working with offshore teams
- Strong team handling experience
