Job Description -OSI PI System (Sr. Engineer/Lead Engineer)

• Mandate : having experience to work on PI AF development, PI Vision Display development, template creation using PI.
• Engineer must have 7-8 years of experience on OSI Pi platform
• Strong experience in Aveva OSI PI architecture and Functionality and different use case development like OEE,CBM etc
• Engineer should have experience to cerate AF templates using PI AF for the different industrial use case
• Display development using PI Vision, must have experience to work on custom object integration in PI Vision.
• Engineer should have knowledge of process in different industries i.e., Chemical, Oil and Gas, FMCG etc.
• Pi Vision Servers administration, Pi Web API Administration and implementation, PI Datalink, PI Process book, PI Vision page development, support and administration Compliance Activities Experience with OPC tag configurations and PI client configurations.
• Good Exposure to customizing applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, Angular and MS SQL
• Good hands-on experience on OSI PI System administration activities or any other data access services
• Control Automation experience will be added advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• OSI PI Historian
• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Aveva OSI PI Historian system.
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, and availability within the PI system.
• Develop and implement data collection strategies from various industrial sources.
• PI point creation using SMT
• Aveva PI Vision
• Create and manage dashboards and visualizations using Aveva PI Vision.
• Creating and customizing display of use case like OEE, CDM using of Pi vision
• Ensure that visualizations meet the operational and analytical needs of the organization.
• Aveva Asset Framework (AF)
• Template creation using PI AF and template roll out for multiple plant
• Design and implement AF hierarchies and templates to organize PI data.
• Integrate AF with other enterprise systems for enhanced data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain asset models and metadata.
