Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AVEVA MES Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in AVEVA / Wonderware software suite. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements from customers
• Prepare functional and technical specifications
• Design and enhance AVEVA MES solutions
• Develop and configure:
• AVEVA System Platform
• InTouch HMI
• AVEVA Historian
• Perform SQL query development and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot MES issues and fix bugs
• Support new site commissioning and system upgrades
• Integrate MES with ERP/PLM systems
• Ensure compliance with ISA88 and ISA95 standards

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AVEVA / Wonderware MES
• Experience with AVEVA System Platform and InTouch HMI
• Experience with AVEVA Historian
• SQL development and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of ISA88 and ISA95
• Experience in MES deployment and support
• Understanding of production, quality, and inventory processes

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 815 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing / MES
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
