Role: System Specialist, Senior – HxGN S3D Admin.
Required Technical Skill Set: Experience & Expertise in: -HxGN S3D administration
Desired Experience Range: 10-16 Years
Location of Requirement : Mumbai / Hyderabad / Pune
Qualification : The person must be a BE/B.TECH in Mechanical/ Piping/Chemical Engineering
Must-Have
• 10+ years of relevant experience of Smart Plant 3D Administration.
• In-depth working knowledge of 3D plant design practices.
• Experience in conducting applications training and user support. (user/Admin)
• Knowledge of Engineering workflow in an EPC environment.
• Reference data customization: Piping, Equipment, Structure, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation
• Installation and setup activities on Server and Client, Global workshare setup and replication.
• S3D Administration, Database Maintenance, Synchronization, Model Configuration, MDR, Project Backup/Restore.
• Customization of Piping, Electrical, Structural, Civil, Specialty/Instrumentation Reference data.
• Experience with Smart Plant Foundation and integration with data flow between engineering application will be a plus
• Customization of Drawing and Report templates, View styles required for Project Deliverables.
• Knowledge of SP3D metadata browser, writing Queries on SQL/Oracle Database, Custom commands.
• Troubleshooting SP3D software issue and Providing user-support to project resources
• Implement automation tools that will benefit the project deliverables.
• Utilize 3D model reporting to assist monitoring design quality and progress.
• Gain a full understanding of the scope, overall schedule, deliverables, milestones and coordination procedure.
• Coordination with other discipline team leads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal/Written). Customer Interaction.
Good-to-Have
• Understanding of programming language like, C# .NET.
• Experience utilizing LFM laser scan data and utilizing other 3D systems will be a plus.
