Required Skills & Qualifications

• 11+ years of hands-on experience with Avaya Communication Manager
• Strong expertise in Avaya Aura architecture
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323, MGCP)
• Experience with carrier integrations and call routing design
• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals
• Experience with Linux-based Avaya systems
• Familiarity with SBCs (Avaya, Oracle, AudioCodes preferred)
