• We are seeking a Senior Avaloq Developer to join our client delivery team. • As a Senior Avaloq Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the Avaloq Banking Suite. You'll collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and aligned to business goals.
• Mandatory Skills Description:
• 5+ years' hands-on experience in Avaloq development (core customization, parameterization, scripting, or related modules).
• Strong understanding of the Avaloq Object Model (AOM), PL/SQL, and Avaloq frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
• Proactive mindset comfortable suggesting improvements and driving change.
• Experience in Agile/iterative delivery models is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
