Auxiliary System Engineer

Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 7-12 years of experience to support the design and detailing of generator auxiliary systems such as Seal oil system, Stator Water Cooling Water System, Gas Dryer System, Gas System, Hydrogen Purity System. The role includes preparing P&IDs, Equipment sizing, Specifications, offer evaluations, GA drawings, equipment layouts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic calculations for equipment sizing and pressure drops.
• Preparing Vendor specification for generator auxiliary equipments, valves, instruments etc.
• Prepare P&IDs, System Description and BOMs
• Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications and for offer evaluations.
• Support 3D modeling and system integration.
• site coordination during erection and commissioning
• providing timely resolution to the site issues.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-12 years of relevant experience in generator or rotating equipment auxiliaries.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and piping software's is an added advantage
• Knowledge of ASME/API standards and basic fluid systems.
