Automotive Hardware Design Architect

We are hiring an Automotive Hardware Director to lead the design and delivery of advanced automotive electronic systems. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership across the complete hardware lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own hardware architecture for automotive ECUs
• Lead teams working on MCUs, SoCs, DSPs, high-speed memory, LVDS, FPD-Link III, camera/video & audio systems
• Drive design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, validation, and EMC compliance
• Lead prototype build, bring-up, and customer design reviews
• Mentor and scale high-performing hardware engineering teams

Must-Have Skills:

• 15+ years in automotive hardware design & development
• Strong experience with high-speed digital, mixed-signal & power electronics
• Hands-on exposure to EMC/EMI testing and automotive standards
• Proven customer-facing and leadership experience
