Automation Testing

Mandatory:

·       Hands on experience on Core Java, Maven, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins.

·       Good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE).

·       Working knowledge on Testing Automation for APIs and UIs.

·       Good understanding of Message Schema, RAML, Message Request-Response mechanism.

·       Testing Tools – Selenium, Rest-Assured, Quality Centre, JIRA.

·       Hands on experience on Cucumber, BDD methodology, Gherkin syntax

·       Write and review range of testing documentation.

·       Coordinate testing tasks for specific projects, progress issues and escalate where necessary.

·       Regularly review testing processes in order to identify ways to improve efficiency.

·       Coordinate actively with the other testers on multiple projects and provide support/coaching.

·       Adoption and use of testing standards and processes

·       Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to document complex test cases and issues.

·       Good evaluation and analysis skills, awareness of importance of defects found during testing, based on impact and priority.
