TCS is looking for Automation Testing applications
Experience: 4-7 years
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore
Required technical skill set: Python + Selenium + Robot Framework
Must have skills:
- Strong programming knowledge in Python
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web automation
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test orchestration
- Experience in developing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, BDD/TDD methodologies
- Familiarity with test result analysis and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured
- Experience with other automation tools like Playwright or Cypress (optional)
- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes for test environment management
- Experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Version control using Git
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to understand requirements and plan test coverage
