JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have:

Automation Testing / API Testing:

UI automation using Selenium , Exposure in BDD-Cucumber framework , API Manual or automation testing exposure using Postman.

Java:

Exposure in java -8, Spring Boot and Microservices.

Data engineer/ DBA:

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance.

* Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for various applications and business needs.

* Proactively monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies to enhance efficiency.

* Implement and manage Azure cloud database solutions, including Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and other relevant services.

* Migrate on-premise databases to Azure cloud platforms, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime.

* Collaborate with application developers and other stakeholders to ensure database design aligns with business requirements.

* Implement and maintain database security measures, including access control, encryption, and auditing.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices, particularly in the Azure cloud environment.

* Proven experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

* Deep understanding of database performance tuning principles and techniques.

* Hands-on experience with Azure cloud database solutions (Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, etc.).

* Experience with database migration from on-premise to Azure cloud.

* Strong understanding of database security best practices.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
