Role Description
This full-time remote role is for an Automation Tester. The Automation Tester will be responsible for creating and executing test automation scripts, performing manual and automated testing, and maintaining software quality assurance processes. Key tasks include developing and maintaining test cases, conducting API testing, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with the development team to address issues. The role also involves monitoring testing processes and providing reports on test outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, including experience in testing methodologies and processes
- Strong skills in Manual Testing, with attention to detail and accuracy in test execution
- Experience in developing and managing Test Cases to effectively validate product functionality
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in API Testing
- Expertise in Automation and the use of testing tools and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and an analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for collaboration and reporting
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with defect tracking tools is a plus.
- Should have 3-5 years of experience working as an Automation Tester.
