Automation Lead

Experience of manual functional testing with strong foundations on testing approaches EQ partitions RBT and a strong understanding of when these are applied

Experience in development on Selenium with hands on experience automating desktop UI less and browser based applications

Experience of development or working in custombuilt automation harness with strong understanding of BDD data driven keyword driven and other industry standard approaches

Experience in managing and maintaining automation test data with implemented strategies for data reset and regression reruns

Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies C API and approaches to test APIs

Experience of building and implementing a strong regression suite as part of project CICD pipelines for daily builds

Good leadership skills and demonstrated ability of leading and mentoring teams

Experience of working with global teams and good written and verbal communication skills

Experience of creating and publishing test health dashboards and creating cost of quality models
