Test Automation Architect

Location: Trivandrum -Hybrid mode

Experience: 812 Years (Minimum 5+ Years in Automation)

Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned Test Automation Architect to lead enterprise automation initiatives and drive quality engineering excellence across complex systems.

If you have strong hands-on expertise in Selenium or Playwright and experience designing scalable automation frameworks from scratch we would like to connect with you.

Role Overview

As a Test Automation Architect, you will define automation strategy, architect frameworks, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality delivery through robust automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise-wide automation strategy

Architect scalable UI and API automation frameworks (Selenium / Playwright)

Lead automation initiatives across multiple projects

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines

Establish governance, standards, and best practices

Conduct automation framework reviews and improvements

Mentor and guide automation engineers

Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of experience in QA / Test Automation

Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium OR Playwright

Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch

Strong programming skills (Java / Python / JavaScript)

Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber

CI/CD integration (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps & SDLC

Preferred

API automation expertise (Rest Assured / Postman)

Enterprise automation strategy experience

Cloud / DevOps exposure

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
