Automation Test Lead

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to verify the functionality, performance, and scalability of our software applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans and test cases accordingly.
3. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable efficient testing and delivery of software updates.
4. Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on risk analysis and business impact.
5. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Mentor junior members of the QA team and provide technical guidance on testing best practices and automation techniques.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation

Requirements

1. 1 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 9 to 12 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript.
4. Proficiency in test tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, PlayWright
5. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Circle CI, or GitLab CI.
6. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
