We at Coforge are hiring for Automation Test Architect role with following skill sets:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (framework, tool, or POC candidate built)
Write clean, modular test code and reusable libraries; implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Proactively participate in delivery: sprint ceremonies, estimation, risk/quality gates, release readiness.
Communicate clearly with engineering, product, and business; provide crisp status and risk updates.
Use AI daily to accelerate QA (e.g., generating test cases from requirements, self-healing locators, log analysis, flaky test detection, synthetic test data).
Understand AI basics and know how to leverage LLMs/tools in automation; build POCs when needed.
Own outcomesidentify gaps, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
Strong automation fundamentals; solid coding in at least one language (Java/TypeScript/Python/C#).
Experience with Selenium or Playwright; API testing (REST Assured, Postman).
Daily use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT) for testing tasks.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Self-driven, outcome-focused, with demonstrable POCs or accelerators.

Nice-to-haves:

Mobile automation (Appium), visual AI testing (Applitools/Percy), self-healing tools (Mabl/Testim/Functionize).
Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, test data generation.
Containers/Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP).
