Automation Test Analyst

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API applications
• Build and execute reliable automated test suites to ensure product quality and stability
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to embed quality across the SDLC
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear, reproducible steps early in the lifecycle
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and drive faster resolutions
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and best practices
• Promote shift-left testing and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
• Mentor junior testers and encourage quality engineering excellence
• Work on AI-driven and intelligent applications , gaining exposure to next-gen testing challenges

• 27 years of hands-on experience in QA and Test Automation
• Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Good understanding of REST API testing , SQL , and performance testing fundamentals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail , etc.)

• Mobile automation experience (Android / iOS )
• Exposure to security and performance testing frameworks
• Understanding of microservices architecture and testing strategies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP )
• ISTQB or similar QA certifications
