Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for an Automation & Systems Specialist (AI + PMS + Integrations). The Specialist will oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of property management systems (PMS) and AI tools. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining system integrations, analyzing and improving automation processes, ensuring the accuracy of system operations, troubleshooting errors, and providing technical support to team members. The role requires proactive problem-solving, an aptitude for process optimization, and the ability to align technical systems with business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in automation tools, AI platform integration, and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and experience with system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to design and implement system integrations to streamline business processes and ensure efficiency.
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of short-term rental operations and other real estate management systems is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
