Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join the team.

What Youll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software and test automation frameworks and infrastructure in Python
• Develop and maintain code, code coverage and code quality measurement tools and dashboards
• Monitor, analyze, and report on software and test automation results, trends, and quality metrics.
• Build innovative tools and workflows to improve software efficiency and performance; accelerate failure triage and debugging.
• Evaluate and improve code code and test coverage strategy, and proactively propose improvements.

What Were Looking For

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldor equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3-8 years of programming experience in Python
• Experience with test frameworks and automation tools such as Pytest(complex setup, error injection, override functions, e.t.c.) and Ansible(good to have).
• Background in building and maintaining code coverage infrastructure, and coverage reporting dashboards..
• Hands-on experience with memory leak detection, fuzz testing, and robustness testing.
• Experience with Docker, Container, VM provisioning and environment setup.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Strong familiarity with Linux environments, including command-line tools and shell scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a good team player and willing to wotk with US teams with overlapping timezone
