Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at Isoftronics, with positions available in Chennai and Bangalore Urban. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our technology solutions and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Selenium is mandatory for this position. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding of Python programming for test automation and script development.
• Experience with Java for developing robust and reusable automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Cucumber for behavior-driven development and testing processes.
• Experience using Git for version control to manage and collaborate on code changes effectively.
• Understanding of Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containerized applications.
• Proficiency in TestNG for effective test execution and report generation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using Selenium and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement automation strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation frameworks with existing development and testing processes.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment solutions using Jenkins.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Facilitate code versioning and collaboration using Git, ensuring stability and security of automation scripts.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and tool selection.
