We are building a high-speed, tech-first retail experience backed by strong investors and a fast-growing team. Youll be working in a small, high-ownership squad alongside founders, product managers, designers, and engineers.

We arent looking for a cog in the machine. We are looking for a Junior Automation & QA Engineer who wants to streamline operations, hunt down bugs before they reach users, and help us build the foundation of a category-defining platform.

The Mission

Operations at a high-growth startup can get messy. Products need to be bulletproof.

Your mission is twofold: Efficiency and Quality.

You will be the one reducing manual drudgery by automating internal workflows, and you will be the gatekeeper ensuring our product is stable, reliable, and ready for the real world. You will directly influence how efficiently we scale.

What Youll Do (The Impact)

1. Automate the Mundane

You won't just follow processes; youll improve them.

• Workflow Wizardry: Build and maintain workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat) , or similar platforms.
• Connect the Dots: Integrate internal systems with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks to kill repetitive tasks.
• Hunter Mindset: Proactively identify repetitive workflows and propose automation solutions.

2. The Quality Gatekeeper

• Bug Hunter: Test web and mobile applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases.
• Release Guardian: Create and execute test cases for new features and releases to ensure quality standards are met before production.
• Fix Validator: Collaborate with designers and engineers to reproduce, track, and validate fixes.

3. The Technical Swiss Army Knife

• Support: Assist with small development scripts, configuration tasks, and debugging across frontend, mobile, and backend systems.
• Ops Enablement: Support internal tools, dashboards, and operational workflows to help the team ship faster.

Who You Are

The Essentials

• The Toolkit: You have hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier .
• The Tech: You are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON .
• The QA Mindset: You understand basic QA processes, bug reporting, and testing methodologies.
• The Eye: Strong attention to detailyoure the type of person who notices the pixel thats off or the button that doesn't click right.

The "Code-Curious" (Good to Have)

While this is an automation/QA role, its a huge plus if you have development familiarity with:

• Frontend: Next.js
• Mobile: React Native and TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js and Fastify
• Systems: Basic understanding of databases and backend architecture.
• Experience testing mobile applications and responsive web apps.
