Qualifications & Experience

BE / B. Tech (Civil)

02 to 8 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge, understanding of project requirements and good working knowledge of Civil AutoCAD drafting with effective communication skills

Job Location:

Chennai (Chennai based candidates preferred)

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing 2D designs and detailing / modifying technical drawings for construction Projects.
2. Experience with CAD systems for DTCP & CMDA approvals
3. Familiarity with colour coding of DTCP & CMDA drawings and exposure in combining of FMB sketches.
4. Knowledge of latest CMDA / DTCP norms for Layouts and Buildings and prepare Layouts in such a way to maximise the use of land parcel.
5. Experience working with FMB sketches and merging multiple FMB sketches.
6. Strong detailing skills for construction and architectural drafting works
7. Skilled in Preparing technical reports, Design Basis, specifications, and drawings
8. Collaborate with civil, structural, and primary electrical teams for project execution
9. Attend External / Internal meetings and review sessions for modifications, changes in the drawings and keep records for all engineering changes
10. Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Vendors, etc for collection of drawings and sharing it for execution.
11. Monitor schedules and ensure timely delivery of design packages to the execution team.
