Role Description

This is a IMMEDIATE full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an AutoCAD Formwork Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Interpret complex architectural and structural drawings to determine project scope.
• System Design: Develop comprehensive casting plans and design customized plastic formwork panels based on client-specific dimensions and requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform rigorous load calculations.
• Client Consultation: Liaise directly with clients to understand technical needs, integrate feedback, and finalize draft BOQs and modulations.
• Project Delivery: Release finalized formwork drawings and technical documentation to clients for approval.
• Production Oversight: Provide clear instructions and technical markings to the internal production team to ensure precise and efficient order execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and understanding Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings in AutoCAD
• Should have knowledge of EXCEL
• Knowledge of Space Planning concepts and best practices
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is required
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and meet project-based deadlines
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in formwork design or construction projects is an advantage
