Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions
• Loan Application Management: Oversee the complete mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with Australian mortgage regulations and company policies.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized mortgage documentation and records.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on Australian mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the Australian mortgage industry.
