Roles & Responsibilities

Individuals can work autonomously in a demanding and often ambiguous environment.

Responsible for lender application preparation while making sure supporting documents are available for submission to the lender.

Experience in Analyzing fact find and Credit reports of applicants.

Experience working on different lenders' Serviceability calculators and lodging applications on AOL

Experience in ordering Valuation and Pricing discretion.

Experience working on aggregator Software (MYCRM, Mercury, Flex, Salestrekker, Infynity, etc).

Experience working with Australian Mortgage Brokers/Finance Brokers.

Relevant experience Required: 1-3 Years (Australian Mortgage Processing)

Qualifications

Bachelor's and Master's degree in business, finance or accounting field.

Proficiency in Excel and proven analytical skills.

Knowledge of MS Office Skill Set Required

Proficient in English Language- both written and Oral.

Good communication skills and Team player

Job Timings: 7:30AM to 4:30PM (1st Sat & 3rd Sat Off)

Salary : As per Industry standards.
