Job Title: Voice Agent
Location: Mumbai – Olympus B
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job role is to handle inbound voice calls by providing end to end support related to Telco (Customer service, Technical support, Sales etc).
By doing this, the individual need to maintain its KPIs / KRAs on customer experience & efficieinces
Qualification & Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (Written / Verbal)
• Willingness to work in 24 / 7 support including night, early morning shifts
• Comfortable to work from office
• Should have exposure to International customer base
• Need to address customer queries on inbound calls & make outbound calls ( as applicable defined by the process )
