JobPurpose:

The purpose of this job role is tohandle inbound voice calls by providing end to end support related to Telco(Customer service, Technical support, Sales etc).

By doing this, the individual needto maintain its KPIs / KRAs on customer experience & efficieinces

Qualification& Skills:

Excellentcommunication skills (Written / Verbal)

Willingnessto work in 24 / 7 support including night, early morning shifts

Comfortableto work from office

Shouldhave exposure to International customer base

Needto address customer queries on inbound calls & make outbound calls ( asapplicable defined by the process )
