About the Role

As an Audit Senior Asset Management, you will play a key role within our experienced audit team, taking ownership of significant sections of UK audit engagements and delivering high-quality work aligned with our professional standards.
You will work closely with UK engagement managers and the wider extended audit team, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional client service, and continuous improvement throughout every engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality audit work in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support UK-based engagement managers by supervising and coaching offshore team members.
- Participate in audit planning, execution, and debrief sessions to drive improvement and quality.
- Manage assigned audit areas, ensuring timely completion and efficient monitoring of progress.
- Maintain audit standards through effective review note clearance and documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for engagement managers and clients, ensuring transparent communication.
- Draft audit completion documents, including audit opinions, letters of representation, and related reporting.
- Provide constructive feedback and support the development of junior team members.
- Build strong working relationships across the extended audit team and address issues proactively.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified ACA / ICAI / CA / ACCA (or equivalent).
- Strong experience leading external audits from planning to completion.
- Relevant audit experience in Asset Management or broader Financial Services sector.
- Proficient technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 and IFRS.
- Experience supervising and coaching audit trainees.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical, curious, and sceptical mindset with strong issueidentification skills.
- Selfdriven, qualityfocused, and able to manage timelines effectively.
- Strong team collaboration and ability to support continuous improvement.
