What Youll Own

• Lead end-to-end healthcare audits across clinical, financial, and operational areas
• Drive regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.)no hand-holding
• Execute risk-based audits and surface what others miss
• Deliver crisp, board-ready audit reports with clear impact
• Partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions
• Build, mentor, and raise the bar for audit teams
• Strengthen controls and push continuous improvement at scale

What Sets You Apart

• 7+ years of audit experience with deep healthcare exposure
• Proven experience leading audits, not just participating
• CA / CPA/ ACCA- Mandatory
• Strong command of healthcare regulations & risk frameworks
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder confidence
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
