Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager

Department: US Audit , Government Audit

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM 10:00 PM (4 Days Office)

About the Role

Serve as the primary client contact, owning client KPIs and managing day-to-day audit operations. Lead and deliver Reviews, Audits, and Compilations, primarily across commercial clients, with exposure to Government and Not-for-Profit (NFP) audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients and engagement teams
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with audit methodology and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with partners and key stakeholders
• Plan workflows, allocate resources, and monitor utilization, budgets, and performance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and engagement teams
• Identify opportunities to enhance audit scope, efficiency, and value
• Standardize audit processes and implement best practices
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback and training
• Leverage technology to enhance learning, knowledge sharing, and service delivery
• Contribute to technical and soft-skills training initiatives
• Participate in firm initiatives, including recruitment and training
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Resolve complex accounting and auditing issues and provide technical guidance

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification
• 5+ years of US audit experience (Qualified) | 7+ years (Non-Qualified)
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and GAAS
• Proficient in audit tools and technology
• Industry experience in EBP, Healthcare, and NFP preferred
