Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Audit Manager.
• Conduct and lead Statutory Audits, Bank Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits.
• Lead and execute Automation engagements and Implementations.
• The Audit Manager will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements,
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961)
• The role involves analyzing financial data, identifying risks, and providing insights for improving financial integrity.
• The Audit Manager will lead audit teams, develop audit plans, and collaborate with clients to ensure the accuracy and transparency of their financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Semi qualified CA with strong articleship background.
• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
