Role: Audit Executive-Pre-Disbursement (Secured and Unsecured Loans)

Role Overview

The Pre-Disbursement Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting detailed documentation audits for both Secured and Unsecured Loan products before fund disbursement. The role ensures that all required documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal credit, legal, and operational standards, thereby minimizing financial and operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-disbursement document checks for Secured and Unsecured Loan files.
• Verify the authenticity and completeness of all borrower and co-applicant documents, including KYC, income proof, sanction letters, and agreements.
• Ensure that all mandatory legal and credit documents are duly executed, stamped, and valid before disbursement.
• Cross-check data entered in the system with physical/digital records to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or forged documents and coordinate with relevant teams for rectification.
• Maintain proper audit logs, file tracking, and reporting for all pre-disbursement cases.
• Support risk mitigation by ensuring all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Sound knowledge of loan documentation and credit compliance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or risks.
• Understanding of NBFC operations and FinTech-based document management systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.
• Experience: 1 4 years in pre-disbursement audit, credit operations, or documentation (preferably in NBFC or FinTech).

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and document management tools
• Familiar with digital audit and workflow systems
