Job Description

Role : Dynamic Young Chartered Accountant with 3-5 Years of Experience for a Leading delivering Services to clients across industry sectors for Over 40yrs.



Company (our client) : A Leading CA firm, delivering services to clients across the industry for over 40 years

Work Location : Delhi (South Delhi) - Occasional travel may be required

Experience Required: 3-5years with Statutory Audit with any CA Firm

  • Accounting standards
  • Ind AS
  • Companies Act 2013
  • Understanding of:
  • Income Tax Act
  • GST
  • Have lead auditsor played keyrole in auditof large andmedium size auditengagements of corporate entities
  • Should have carried out audits underRisk Based AuditApproach including identification of Risks of Material Misstatement
  • Ability to identify potential accounting and auditing issues
  • Ability to plan, manage,and supervise auditengagements
  • Ability to complete engagement within agreed timelines and within budgeted man-days
  • Have the ability to provide conclusions with supporting evidence
  • Demonstrated abilityin team working/relationship and team leader
  • Ability to work underpressure and in demanding roles
  • Ability to draft reports and certificates


Experience requirement

  • 2-3 years of workexperience post qualifying as a Chartered Accountant
  • Training and/orpost qualification experience in a reputed/ recognized firm
  • Experience acrossdynamic industries is desirable

Academic - Qualification

  • C.A.
  • DISA/ CISA(preferable, not mandatory)


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in terms of planning, scheduling, billing, collection.
  • Plan, manage,and supervise engagements including discussions withclient
  • End to end execution of engagements including closure of identified issues/ risks
  • Training of staff
  • Filing, documentation of work-papers and archival of audit filesas per firm policy

Skills Preferred

  • Exposure to analytical toolssuch as IDEA/ACL is preferable
  • Exposure to ERP suchas SAP/Oracle is preferable
