Audit and Tax Associate

A reputed Chartered Accounting Firm in Chennai is looking for adedicated and growth-oriented finance professionalto join their team as an Audit & Tax Associate. This role is open to both CA Final students and qualified Chartered Accountants.

You will be working closely with experienced CAs on a wide range of client engagements - developing depth across audit, tax, and regulatory compliance; in a learning-oriented environment with exposure to diverse assignments.

Key Areas of Work

• Statutory Audit and Tax Audit assignments
• Internal Audit engagements
• GST compliance, return filings, and GST audits
• Income Tax filings and TDS compliance
• Representation and support in matters before Income Tax and GST authorities
• Transfer Pricing Audit exposure
• MCA compliance and annual filings

Skills Preferred

• Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
• MS Excel and accounting software familiarity
• Client-facing communication ability
• Thoroughness in documentation.
