Job Title: Audiologist & Speech Therapist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Audiologist and Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, and management of hearing and balance disorders, ensuring high-quality patient care in line with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations (PTA, Speech Audiometry, Impedance, OAE, BERA, etc.)
• Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Plan and deliver individualized speech and auditory rehabilitation programs
• Recommend, fit, and counsel patients on hearing aids and assistive listening devices
• Provide patient and caregiver counselling and education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with ENT specialists, pediatricians, neurologists, and rehabilitation teams
• Participate in screening programs, community outreach, and awareness camps
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital protocols
• Stay updated with current clinical practices and evidence-based interventions

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: DALSP/ DHLS / BASLP / MASLP from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
