Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist based in Panipat. The Audiologist will be responsible for diagnosing hearing and balance disorders and providing treatment plans for patients of all age groups. Day-to-day tasks include administering hearing tests, fitting and maintaining hearing aids, counseling patients and their families, and keeping updated medical records. Collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic skills in identifying hearing and balance disorders
- Proficiency in audiometric testing, hearing aid fitting, and aural rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities to work effectively with patients and their families
- Knowledge of current audiology technology and advancements in hearing healthcare
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
- Audiology degree or relevant professional certification
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
