Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for an Audio Visual Specialist. The Audio Visual Specialist will manage and support AV systems, including setting up and operating audio-visual equipment for various events, meetings, and conferences. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing training on AV equipment usage, conducting regular maintenance of AV systems, and ensuring video conferencing systems run smoothly. The role also includes delivering excellent customer service and technical assistance to users.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Audio Visual Support and experience with Audio Visual (AV) Systems
• Proficiency in handling Video Conferencing tools and platforms
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills to assist users effectively
• Knowledge of AV systems integration and installation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Engineering
