Role Description

This is a contract remote role for Audio Creator Partnerships & Community Growth Intern/Manager - Tamil Language. The role involves managing on-boarding audio-first/ faceless creators, creator & community engagement, communication for the Tamil community on Arr Voice. The role involves tasks such as identifying creators who could be on-boarded to Arr Voice, training them on content and developing growth strategies, implementing community engagement initiatives, analyzing data for insights, managing projects related to community expansion, and utilizing growth hacking techniques to drive creator acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Creator mindset - ideally should be a creator on any social media platform. Experience with audio and podcasts is preferred.
• Analytical Skills, Project Management, and Growth Hacking abilities
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proven experience in community growth and engagement
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Experience with social media and digital platforms
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
