Job Descreption

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Associate Technical Architect with deep expertise in Tealium’s Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Tealium iQ Tag Management System (TMS). This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable Tealium-based CDP solutions, with a strong understanding of tagging strategies, data layer design, and MarTech ecosystem integrations

Must have skills

1. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Tealium CDH and TMS solutions across enterprise digital ecosystems.
2. Define and implement data layer specifications, tag management strategies, and event tracking frameworks using Tealium iQ.
3. Architect composable CDP solutions leveraging Tealium AudienceStream and EventStream to enable real-time customer data collection, enrichment, and activation.
4. Integrate Tealium with downstream platforms such as marketing automation, analytics, personalization engines, and ad tech platforms.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, engineering, and privacy to ensure alignment with business goals, data governance, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
6. Provide technical leadership and best practices for identity resolution, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization using Tealium.
7. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of tagging and data flows.
8. Stay current with Tealium’s product roadmap and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Good to have skills

1. Experience with reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, Census)
2. Familiarity with identity resolution, consent management, and privacy frameworks
3. Knowledge of data formats (JSON, Parquet, Avro) and transformation pipelines
4. Exposure to CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
5. Client-facing experience with solution presentations and stakeholder engagement
6. Experience with marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, etc.
7. Understanding of CDP vendor evaluation and implementation lifecycle

Key responsibiltes

1. Architect and lead implementation of CDP solutions across composable stacks
2. Define data models, schemas, and governance frameworks for customer data
3. Design and oversee data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming)
4. Integrate CDP with MarTech platforms for activation, personalization, and analytics
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
6. Guide development teams in building reusable components and scalable integrations
7. Ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and performance optimization
8. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration and data flow issues
9. Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices
10. Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
11. Support journey orchestration and audience segmentation strategies
12. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to CDP architecture

Education Qulification

1. Bachelors in Engineering with a specialisation in Computer Science, Data , IT
2. Graduate from other fields with good communication and analytical skills
 

Certification If Any

1. Tealium certifications (e.g., Tealium iQ Tag Management, AudienceStream)
2. Other CDP certifications (Adobe RTCDP, Salesforce, Treasure Data)
