Audience Growth Manager (Video)

As an Audience Growth Manager (Video), you will work to expand the reach of our video journalism across YouTube, Instagram and emerging video platforms. You will work alongside video editors and producers to improve packaging, discoverability and viewer retention.

What you'll do:

-Develop and execute growth strategies for YouTube and Instagram video channels.

-Optimize titles, thumbnails, formats and publishing workflows.

-Identify formats that increase watch time and return viewership.

-Use platform tools and audience data to improve discoverability.

-Build creator and influencer partnerships.

-Drive traffic from video platforms into our mobile app ecosystem.

-Collaborate with social and SEO teams on shared growth goals.

-Guide/mentor team members handling video publishing workflows.

-Share performance insights with video and editorial teams.

Who you are:

-Experience in video platform growth or digital media.

-Understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and audience behavior.

-Strong data literacy and performance analysis skills.

-Ability to collaborate with creative teams.

-Fast execution in a deadline-driven environment.

-Clear communication and reporting skills.

Desired candidate should have a minimum 6+ years of Experience in the relevant field.
