Experience: 5 to 8 Years

• Plan and execute migrations , implementations , and upgrades of Atlassian applications between Data Center and Cloud environments .
• Ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to services and data integrity .
• Manage and administer Atlassian products , including Jira , Jira Service Management (JSM) , and Confluence across Data Center and Cloud platforms .
• Configure, customize, and optimize system settings , workflows, and permissions to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline administrative tasks, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency within Jira , JSM , and Confluence .
• Utilize scripting languages such as Groovy , Python , or PowerShell to automate routine processes and workflows.
• Integrate Atlassian products with other systems and tools to improve interoperability and functionality.
• Customize workflows , issue types , and dashboards to align with business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Participate in customer technical discussions , provide technical solutions , and collaborate with the presales team for effort estimation .
• Implement and enforce security measures , access controls , and compliance standards to safeguard Atlassian applications and data.
• Stay informed about security vulnerabilities and apply patches and updates as necessary to maintain system integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation , user guides , and training materials for Atlassian administrators and end-users.
• Provide training and support to ensure proficient utilization of Atlassian tools and features.
• Experience in Atlassian plugins such as Xray , Zephyr , BigPicture , Tempo , EazyBI , etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administering Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in migration, implementation, and upgradation of Atlassian applications in both Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in automation scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python, PowerShell) for automating tasks within Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Experience with system integration, customization, and security management within Atlassian ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Atlassian certification (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Experience in analytics, Forge, AI, and solutioning within the Atlassian suite is a plus
