Brief About the Team

The Marketing team at Tata 1mg is a center of excellence that fuels brand awareness, engagement, and growth. It works across verticals to craft compelling brand narratives and user-centric campaigns that reach millions through both digital and traditional channels.

What You Will Do

As a
Graphic Designer, you will bring Tata 1mg's brand identity to life through impactful visuals and scalable design systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling assets that resonate with consumers and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-impact visual designs across digital, print, and social media.

Develop and maintain scalable brand design systems and templates.

Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to translate campaign objectives into creative assets.

Ensure brand consistency while innovating visual storytelling approaches.

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute to team discussions with original ideas and a solution-oriented mindset.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design.

A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, storytelling, and attention to typography, layout, and color.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Experience in building or maintaining large-scale design systems.

Strong conceptual skills and the ability to craft compelling visual narratives.

Excellent communication and time management abilities.

A collaborative and adaptable mindset aligned with business goals.

Bonus Points

Motion design experience (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other consumer-facing industries.

Familiarity with print production and digital asset delivery.
