Job Description
1. Good knowledge on any of two technology- Linux, SQL, Selenium, Java, and python
2. Proficient in HTML and browser concepts, able to create Aternity signatures/BSM scripts and grasp underlying concept.
3. Ability to analyze workstation and browser app performance is advantageous. Utilize Aternity and Big Panda to enhance understanding of performance issues.
4. Strong technical understanding. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and assist team members effectively.
5. Operating in shifts in support engagement.
6. Must have good problem solving capabilities and good communication skill.
Willingness to upskill in related technology as per project need. Follow ITIL Best Practices and work on various ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management and Service Now Requests etc. |

Technically lead and groom team members who are geographically distributed |
Implement Intelligent automation tools, dashboards to reduce manual effort |
Understand the overall technical architecture and implement improvements |
Must be willing to work in shifts (no night shift) and weekends (compensatory off will be provided) |
