Astrology Telecaller

Job Description:

Join our team as an Astrology Telecaller! We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about astrology and enjoy helping customers through informative conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients interested in astrology services

Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about astrology products, services, or consultations

Memorize and deliver astrology-related scripts, adjusting to client needs

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Document client information and feedback in CRM systems

Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Relay client questions and feedback to the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Good verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate in Tamil and English; knowledge of any additional language is a plus

Basic knowledge or strong interest in astrology is preferred

High school diploma or above

Data entry and computer skills

Previous experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage
