Summary: As an Assurance Lead in the Risk and Compliance job family group, you will be responsible for planning and delivering assurance assignments using standard methodology and reporting practices. Your typical day will involve ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk in the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage assurance assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Provide guidance and support to business units on regulatory compliance and risk management issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Regulatory Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Risk Management and Internal Audit. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and controls. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in law, business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in regulatory compliance and risk management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
