Introduction to PwC Service Delivery Center
- PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Centre (Kolkata) Private Limited is a joint venture in India among members of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Network that will leverage the scale and capabilities of its network. It is a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited and has its registered office in Kolkata, India
- The Delivery Center will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality-based skills
Reporting Structure & Key Relationships
This should include detail on:
- Line Manager
- Number of reports (if applicable)
- Priority team relationships
- Key client relationships
- He/she will be directly reporting to the Quality Team Manager/Senior Manager. Should be able to maintain a good working relationship with the Quality team and internal stakeholders including function representatives.
- He/she should be able to manage and induct/coach new/junior team members in the team and help them complete quality reviews/assigned deliverables within agreed timelines based on checklists/instructions
Job Overview
Candidate would be responsible for performing the following activities:
- Process walkthrough and documentation for in-scope controls
- Design & Operational Effectiveness Review & documentation of risk responses/controls
- Evaluation of Network Resources/Key Reports Testing
- Driving stakeholder meetings to conclude findings noted during the testing and documentation and tracking remedial actions
- Preparation of dashboard/reports used for compliance monitoring/reporting
- Candidate should be well conversant with MS Office and have good analytical and communication skills

- Team player, dynamic, committed to providing high quality, responsibility and maintaining timeliness
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
