Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Asstt Manager / Manager Design (Automotive). The individual will lead design projects, including creating and managing 3D models, technical drawings, and design documentation within the automotive sector. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee design modifications, ensure compliance with industry standards, and introduce innovative ideas to improve vehicle components. The role also involves design reviews, vendor coordination for prototype development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (3D Design), CAD, and design software
• Strong understanding of automotive design principles and industry standards
• Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity in design
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost optimization in design
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or similar field is highly preferred
