Fretlog, a subsidiary of Arkas Logistics, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager CSU & Pricing (Import) to join our growing team.

This is a dualfocused leadership role covering import customer service operations and pricing management across sea and air freight. We're seeking a strong communicator with solid industry expertise who can ensure competitive pricing, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

• Manage and prepare import freight quotations aligned with market trends
• Analyze market rates, competitor pricing, and trade lane performance
• Support Sales with competitive pricing strategies
• Maintain and update rate systems, tariffs, and customer agreements
• Ensure pricing compliance and profitability
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet customer SOPs
• Prepare reports on pricing performance and customer insights
• Assist with tenders and contract negotiations

What Were Looking For

• University degree or equivalent
• 57 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of import pricing & trade lanes
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fastpaced logistics environment
• Strong people and teammanagement abilities
