Role Overview:

1. Manage end-to-end accounting operations including ledgers, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and provisioning.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
3. Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, and handle all GST, TDS, and other compliance-related filings on time.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
5. Conduct variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to strengthen financial controls.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows.
7. Develop and deliver MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Post-qualification experience of 12 years preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in banking will be an added advantage.
• Experience in NBFCs, trading, or manufacturing firms is preferred.
